Weekend course (12 h)- introduction to silk painting, suitable for beginners, but advanced students are also welcome!

Etno-motives on silk (12 h)- Estonian (but why not also Russian, Latvian, etc.) national ornaments and motives on silk - think out your idea and I will help you to express it on silk! The results are just stunning!

Location:  Tartu, Narva mnt. 101 first floor,  guided by silk artist Maria Jürimäe

All materials & a small coffe break included! - 100% silk (hemmed scarves, blank ties, silk canvas), professional silk paints, outlines, wax. frames, steaming, etc. 

Every day you can paint 2 - 3 or more original items!

I love to teach silk painting: to share my experiences, to discover the new techniques with my students.  If the mind is open, there is always possible to learn something new, I can learn from my students, and help them in finding their own way and style of painting on silk.
